We are looking for a new team member. As a CMO Specialist you will be responsible for smooth flow of the day-to-day tasks within the assigned area and operational goals with some impact on your field of responsibility. You will secure direct material deliveries to the factories and distribution centers at the right time. You will make sure that together with the suppliers and our global team members, we will optimize our cooperation to secure a win–win partnership. You will be responsible for:
- Use of forecasting tool to secure capacity in area of responsibility
- Secure in-time contract to supplier when forecast is changing significantly up/down
- Secure communication and action plan for handling the changes together with project procurement, supplier, production planning and product management
- Place order for raw material according to expected demand, secure order confirmation, follow-up and update orders
- Secure close cooperation between planning and inbound, analyze and close blocked invoices
- Participate in SLA’s negotiation, secure the logistic input, capacity and material flexibility
- Maintain, remove or establish safety stock, maintain manual when needed. Use the zoning tool proactively to achieve the needed stock level
- Secure processes documentation, evaluation and development, development cross plants, development across business units and across other industrial areas and secure best practice
- Participation in developing supplier category, making sure that the supplier base at all time is supporting Danfoss needs to be able to meet the future demand
Your education and experience:
- University education
- Relevant knowledge and 3-5 years of experience from vendor cooperation (Supply chain understanding)
- Computer skills at advance level (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook)
- At least good knowledge of SAP
- Fluent in English language
- Very good communication skills
- Analytical, proactive and problem solving skills
- Detail -oriented
- Team player
