We are looking for a dedicated and open-minded individual to join Regional Fulfillment team responsible for Europe, Middle East and Africa region. As a EMA RF Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring high level of Customer Delivery Service and managing right inventories’ levels by facilitating smooth flow of products between factories and warehouses. On a daily basis you will be communicating and cooperating with people from all over the world to support achieving business goals. You will be responsible for:
- Continuous cooperation with Customer Service and Sales teams from EMA region to secure realization of customers’ delivery service requirements
- Working with factories and/or external suppliers to ensure optimal product availability in Distribution Centers including balancing with cost-to-serve
- Taking up actions to reduce slow moving inventory
- Calculating and managing ReOrder Points in Distribution Centers
- Managing and executing phase-in and phase-out processes
- Maintaing and controlling the correctness of master data in SAP system
- Providing Customer Delivery Service root cause analysis
- Analysing, developing and implementing “Best Practice” processes within availability monitoring, inventory control and Supply Chain integration
- Lead and participate in projects to continuously improve main KPIs
Position requirements:
- Min 2 years of experience in area of Supply Chain / Logistics / Production Planning
- Bachelor/Master degree preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics / Production Management or similar
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of EPR system (SAP/APO)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong cross-functional & cross-cultural collaboration and communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Self-driven, result oriented, disciplined, flexible and proactive personality
- Open-minded and willing to learn
- Team player
